How do we monitor our products?
You enter the product or material as a monitoring search. Exact phrases in quotation marks, words in the same sentence, several alternatives per line and synonyms. ReBid searches every set of tender documents and shows the match with your search term highlighted.
Can we see if it says "or equivalent"?
Yes. Ask the documents directly, in ReBid or in your own AI, and you get an answer that refers to the right place in the specification, including which technical requirements an equivalent product must meet.
How do we know who will do the purchasing?
The contract award decisions show which contractor won, and the history shows which contractors usually bid on similar projects. Then you can contact them before the materials are procured.
How far back can we see?
You choose: only current tenders, 6 or 12 months back, or everything in ReBid.
Can we get the matches by email or in Teams?
Yes. Choose email daily or weekly and get the matches in Teams as well. We only get in touch when something new matches.
Can we use ReBid in our own AI tool?
