How we protect your data.
ReBid holds your company information, reference projects and tender documents. Here we describe where the information is processed, how we protect it and what rights you have.
This applies to all data in ReBid.
Where the information is stored
The platform's data is stored with Amazon Web Services within the EU. If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by contract.
How it is protected
Access control, encryption, logging and backups. Breaches are reported to IMY within 72 hours when required.
Your material stays yours
We do not train AI models on customer material and do not sell personal data for others' marketing.

The information is used to deliver and develop the service, communicate with you and protect the security of our users. We only keep it for as long as needed or required by law.
You are in control of your personal data.
Request access to your information and receive it in a format you can take with you.
Have information corrected or deleted, object to certain processing or withdraw your consent.

Where is our data processed?
The platform's data is stored with Amazon Web Services within the EU. Some suppliers, for example for cloud, AI and CRM, are based in the USA. In those cases we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Do you sell our information?
No. We do not sell personal data for third parties' own marketing. We share data with the suppliers needed to run the service, and they are covered by data processing agreements. The recipients are listed in the privacy policy.
How do we request that information is deleted or corrected?
Send your request to gdpr@rebid.se. You also have the right to request access to your information, object to certain processing and request data portability. We respond within one month at the latest.
Where can we find the full privacy policy?
It is available at rebid.se/en/privacy-policy. We update it when our processing changes and give clear notice of significant changes. The terms of use are at rebid.se/en/terms.
Is our material used to train AI?
No. We do not use customer material to train AI models, and we choose AI services where the supplier has committed not to train its models on what we send.
